| Before forming The Academy of Cinema, Mr. Cohen was a Hollywood film producer. Among many films which Mr. Cohen developed and produced under his public company banner, Co*Star Entertainment, Inc., were "Last Flight Out," starring James Earl Jones, for NBC Television Productions, filmed in Thailand. The film received the International Golden Eagle Award. In addition, he produced "Blind Judgment," starring Peter Coyote and Leslie Ann Warren for CBS Television. Mr. Cohen has also produced feature films, including, "The Gig," and "The Luckiest Man". Both of these films were written and directed by Pulitzer Prize winner, Frank D. Gilroy. |
Jeffrey Zeitlin Executive Vice President |
| Mr. Zeitlin has served international companies, as both a chief financial officer and a chief operating officer. Some of the companies include, Noise Cancellation Technolgies, where his duties included supervising a staff of 75 people in three European countries. The Hoechst Celanese Corp., a $6 billion dollar European-based holding company. Mr. Zeitlin's responsibilities were coordinating Venture Funds and Financial Projects with such companies as Goldman Sachs, First Boston and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Zeitlin's duties at the Academy include arranging financing for film and video projects. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
Nancy J. Black Director of Admissions and Administration |
| Ms. Black was the co-director of the International Students at New York College, in Athens Greece. Her responsibilities included both academic and administrative issues, between New York College and the State University of New York. In addition, Ms. Black was responsible for all activities concerned with hosting foreign students from 29 countries. Ms. Black received a BA in Political Science at Gettysburg College and a MA in International Management from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. |
Tobe Carey Co-Director, Film Program |
| Mr. Carey is an award winning documentary filmmaker. His latest documentary, School Board Blues premiered at the 2004 Woodstock Film Festival, and now being distributed nationally. Some of his documentaries include, Deep Water: Building the Catskill Water System, Indian Point - Nowhere to Run, Woodstock Summer of '94, and Cancer: Just a Word...Not a Sentence. He holds a Masters Degree in Film Production from Boston University. Mr. Carey will also be an instructor at the Academy. |

| he Academy retains Mr. Baer as outside council providing legal services in the area of financing, distribution and production. Mr. Baer has served as a Business Affairs Executive for CBS Television and MGM Television. |
